Avolve Professional Services are an integral part our customer support commitment. Each and every purchase and installation of our industry solutions is accompanied by a specific level of professional services, delivered by qualified and dedicated system engineers.
The scope of Avolve Professional services covers the following areas:
- Discovery - We'll spend time asking questions and listening to your answers, well before you purchase software. Discovery is just that, identifying the problems and working through the best way to solve them with the tools at our disposal. Education with customers is a two way street, and Discovery solidifies the course of action that is reflected in a Statement of Work.
- Installation and Configuration - We install and configure our software on your servers. Depending on your needs, we come to your site or install remotely. Either way, you get our attention. If your requirements are out of the ordinary, we address them in the extraordinary.
- Training - Two days minimum are required for each unlimited license of ProjectDox® and more depending on your options and configuration. When we're done, you know how to use your ProjectDox® solution. More >
- Custom Development - If you need special help developing workflows and/or eForms, or writing a specific integration component, we prepare you a fixed-fee estimate and a detailed Statement of Work that doesn't "creep" away from you while you're not looking. More >
- Data Migration - Along with a detailed investigation of your existing data and working environment, we use a number of special utilities to move your files, folders, users and permissions from a legacy system to ProjectDox.
